Nothing keeps you awake like the inablity to sleep...

After having slept from 11 pm to 3:30 am, I'm not fully rested with two hours to go before I have to "get up". This can naturally mean only one thing...I can't sleep. It's not as bad as it used to be...I used to get no sleep at all. I mean, really, when one goes to bed, it's dark, comfy, quiet and warm....what better place is there to stay awake and think? I've always been a proponent of the theory "Sleep when and wherever thou canst". I'd much rather get my 8 hours sporatically when I'm tired than try and force them in one stint. Sadly, my teachers don't usually like it when my natural sleep cycle takes place during their classes. Oh well, can't exactly make myself stay AWAKE in Kirkpatrick's psych, can I? At least I don't snore...some of the kids do.

It's surprisingly warm out for 4:26 on a December night. Maybe it will be warmer tomorrow. For now, I'm just gonna chit chat with people til I lose consciousness.
