Crash and rebuild...
Adam is a God.

I came back from my exam on Friday at around 4 o'clock, and my monitor was dead. I merely griped about it to Adam, and not only did he get me a used, MONSTEROUS 21" monitor for hardly anything, but also helped set it up, get me the right cables, and fix the buzzing on my CPU fan, or whatever it was. Wow.

He and Kristen spent way too much time and effort helping me out. Thanks guys, I appreciate it so much, I owe you BIG TIME.

Now, to work on all those papers I need to get done...

a charity-based system of life is clearly superior in every way to capitalism.

is there some special trick to get your CPU fan to stop buzzing? my room would be so much quieter if i knew one.

Pull the fan off of the heatsink, and peal back the sticker. Drop some oil in the hole and spin it around. It should quiet down. If it's starting to buzz, then it could be on it's way to not spinning at all, then you get system instability, possible CPU overheating and dying.
