Amanda!! Reserve October 28th on your calendar to hang out with us, because Nova's episode on The Elegant Universe will be airing. You know you want to watch it with us. You have no choice, really.

For the rest of you, you also might want to check out your local PBS station if you're as nerdy as me and have a burning desire to see this episode. It'll be on WGBH 2 Boston for those around that area.

experiential proof of string theory
under the right conditions you can feel them. knots are more obvious, of course, but you can feel unknotted strings vibrate, too.
