Zen of Watts...

I've found I've developed my own form of meditation and relaxation based on Alan Watts' voice. I focus on the tone and sound of his voice, and I choose different recordings depending on what kind of mood I'm in or what kind of state I wish to put myself in. I'll go through a few sometimes looking for exactly the right speech to correctly alter my state and mood.

The message doesn't hurt either, I suppose. That comes first some days, and secondary on others.

Alan Watts is the sound and color of my mantra.
