I woke up early and got some of the homework I didn't get done last night done, then, promptly fell back asleep. When I awoke, my mother was screaming down the stairs that she wouldn't drive me to school. I looked at the time...five of seven. I knew logically that there was no way I'd be able to get dressed, get my books together, comb my hair even the slightest bit, and be able to make the time any of my friends were leaving. The latest of the bunch leave around 7. I ran over the schedule of my day...with the exception of anatomy, I really wouldn't be missing anything....there were no tests, no projects to present...nothing of overwhelming importance. If my mother refused to drive me...well, that was it, wasn't it? So, I just rolled over and slept.
My mom later woke me, basically told me I was in trouble, and that we'd discuss it later. Whatever...I'm guessing a week at the most. It is my fault that I overslept, perhaps, but sometimes, there's not much you can do about it. Hopefully, they'll FINALLY understand that I'm not a morning person...it doesn't matter what time I go to bed, waking in the morning is a painful experience.
So, I'm in trouble again. I highly doubt this will really effect my social schedule.
